Funahiki festival

This festival occurs every autumn beginning at the Hachiman Shrine and is pulled around the village. The “Funahikimatsuri” boat is a Kitsuki clan boat for the aristocrats. It is 4 meters in length and is called the “Funamei Hachiman Maru” .
